The hotel has a great location close to Ernakulam JN Train station and Vytila junction. The rooms were covered in damp, with no hot water and poor bathroom facilities. The service staff did their best under difficult circumstances but were intrusive with early morning room cleaning requests. The dining options were below average with limited choices. The ongoing metro work nearby affects the accessibility of the hotel front.
